SERVICE AREA WAS FULL OF PLEASANT CUSTOMERS, INTRODUCED TO CLEVE MILLER AS TO CURRENT VEHICLE WAS CAUSING TOO MANY ISSUES. WAS REASSURED THE ORIGINAL ISSUE OF CURRENT VEHICLE (FIAT 500X) WOULD BE TAKEN CARE OF REGARDLESS OF MY CHOICE TO TRADE IT IN. THE SERVICE WAS WELCOMING AND WAS NOT FORCED OR FELT PRESSURED TO PICK BASED ON BUDGET. LUCKILY CLEVE MILLER WAS VERY WELL AT DOING SO, VERY GENUINE. QUALITY SAW IN MOST EMPLOYEES THERE AT TIME. ALL STAFF WAS EXTREMELY PATIENT- STAYING AFTER HOURS TO CLOSE UP AND ANSWERING ALL QUESTIONS

Buying a new vehicle is never fast or easy. It was defiantly time consuming and longer than I had expected, but certainly worth it! I had the best sales team member Cleve Miller. He provided me with all the information I needed and more. He certainly made sure that anything I needed was taken care of and any questions I had were answered. I even got pizza during the wait! I am somewhat convinced that someone told Cleve about my love of food... hmmmmmm :). Overall it was a great pleasure meeting such a wonderful person that works at a wonderful place. Thank you Allen Samuels and Cleve Miller for being so good to me!
My car needed service and Charles was the guy that helped me and even though not done cause my ride needed parts Charles was very informative and the next day to put parts on they all wasn’t there he didn’t want to put them on until all came in which is great with me . He also uses text messaging which is awesome for communicating thank you Charles
Went in to get my key fobs programmed, Colby the sales advisor had me in and out in under 30 mins. Highly recommend talking to him if your going up there for anything. Very nice and polite guy! Will be back if I need anything else for my Jeep.

We had a great experience at the service department. We came in for our appointment for our recalls and Colby had this done within 30 minutes. The expected time was 2 to 4 hours so we were very happy about that. The Cashier was very helpful with adapting to getting us taking care of as our original service person was at a medical appointment. 5 golden stars
